I arrived at Hotel Getsemani Bga after a long drive and I was exhausted. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and make my stay pleasant. They found a parking space for my car and greeted me with kindness. All the functions in my room were working well.

loved staff and facilities, comfortable beds, the hotel itself was very clean. you could walk to stores and a market. also, it's walking distance to neomundo convention center. lots of eating options with restaurants and bars really close to the venue.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms. the beds were good and the bathrooms were clean. I also loved the fact that every floor had its own balcony with great city views. It was a nice touch to have breakfast served on the balconies. the staff was very friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.

the staff understood the misunderstanding and waived the fee for me. It would be helpful if this fee was clearly explained in the hotel listing to avoid any confusion.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Bucaramanga. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a success. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast served every day to the room was a nice touch. The hotel had a pool, which was a great addition. The location was a bit outside of the city center, but it was well-connected by public transport and Uber. The hotel also had balconies on every floor with great city views.

There were a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of warm water in the shower and pool, which seems to be common in Colombia. The WiFi on the second floor was not working properly, making it difficult to browse the internet.

Clean rooms, good beds and bathrooms, with 24-hour snacks and drinks available. Friendly staff and great breakfast served on balconies with city views. Convenient location near city bus station, restaurants, and shops. Excellent value for the price.
